A.Gouetta : In four short years, SII went from a purely domestic company to an international one. The Group operates in countries on continents. For our staff, this has resulted in new career opportunities, in terms of both locations and occupations and technologies.
What are SII's corporate values ?
A.Gouetta : Bernard Huvé founded SII more than thirty years ago, based on the principles of commitment, transparency, trust, and professionalism. Those values are the same today and we try to continue growing at all times in a manner consistent with the principles of sustainable development and respect for the environment.
What is the nature of SII's business ?
A.Gouetta : SII
works with its clients over a project's entire cycle, including
front-end consulting and studies, engineering and development, testing,
deployment and maintenance. We work on technical and industrial systems,
including telecommunications and networks, embedded systems, system
administration, object technologies, real time and low-level interface.
And in such sectors as electronic money, information systems and NICT,
including decision-making software, Internet/intranet, database
administration, trading rooms, risk management, etc..
What profiles are you looking for ?
A.Gouetta : We
expect the Group to hire more than 1,000 persons in 2011, including 700
in France. Our hiring plan seeks to fill both starting and experienced
positions, and we're looking mainly for persons with engineering or
advanced university degrees. All digital technologies are concerned. The
branch offices are doing the actual hiring, so that interested

A.Gouetta : SII is an engineering adventure that started thirty years ago with our founder as its first consultant and that continues to this day with a current staff of 3,000.
